Capt. Parker Flanders, the son of Jonathan and Judith (Merrill) Flanders. He was born on 13 June 1733 in Salisbury, Essex County, Massachusetts. He and Sarah Mitchell filed marriage intentions on 29 November 1754 in Salisbury, Essex County, Massachusetts. On 15 April 1755 Parker, at age 21, married first Sarah Mitchell, in Haverhill, Essex County, Massachusetts. Before 1764 Parker, married second Hazeltine _____, in Massachusetts. He was a blacksmith and a celebrated hoe maker. He and Eleanor Flanders filed marriage intentions on 16 August 1766 in Salisbury, Essex County, Massachusetts. He died on Thursday 23 November 1797 in South Hampton, Rockingham County, New Hampshire. He was buried in Old South Cemetery, South Hampton, Rockingham County, New Hampshire.
