He and Mary Harding filed marriage intentions on 9 March 1775 in Medway, Norfolk County, Massachusetts. After Mary's death. in 1797 Jeremiah, married Sarah Hawes. He died on Saturday 8 October 1808 in Holliston, Middlesex County, Massachusetts of a fever. Issue: 1. Polly Leland (1777-____) 2. Betsey Leland (1780-1820) 3.
