    Barbe Fortin, the daughter of Julien Fortin dit Bellefontaine and Geneviève Gamarche dite Lamarre. She was born on 21 October 1654 and was christened on 4 November 1654 both in Québec City, Québec, Canada. After Pierre's death, on 16 April 1690 Barbe, at age 35, married second, Pierre Lessard, at age 31, son of Étienne de Lessard and Marguerite Sevestre, in Ste-Anne-de-Beaupré, Québec, Canada. She was buried on 27 August 1737 in L'Islet, Québec, Canada.
