On 2 September 1656 in Muddy River, now Brookline, Massachusetts, Zachariah Buckmaster was mentioned in the will of Thomas Buckmaster. He settled in Sherborn, Massachusetts. Zachariah was in Sherborn in 13 (3) 1679, when he had a house lot assigned to him and in 1692. His children may have removed to West Chester, New York. He died before 1704 in Sherborn, Massachusetts.
