Peter Webb, the son of Christopher and Hannah (Scott) Webb. He was born on 1 December 1657 in Braintree, Massachusetts. He was a miller in Quincy. On 14 April 1694 in Braintree, Massachusetts, Peter Webb was mentioned in the will of Christopher Webb. After Ruth's death, about 1702 Peter, married (2) Amy Hayden, daughter of Jonathan Hayden and Elizabeth Ladd. He was appointed in 1703 in Braintree, Massachusetts a Fence Viewer. He held this office again in 1709. He was appointed in 1704 Surveyor of Highways. He was chosen in 1708 a Tithingman. He was chosen in 1712 in Braintree, Massachusetts a Constable, however, he refused to serve. In 1717, he again refused to serve as a Constable. He was elected in 1713 in Braintree, Massachusetts a Selectman. He died on Friday 12 February 1717/18 in Salem, Massachusetts intestate.
