     Marguerite Gaboriau was born on 26 August 1749 at Chambly, Québec, New France.1,2 She was the daughter of Jean-Baptiste Gaboriau dit LaPalme and Marguerite-Françoise Boileau. Marguerite Gaboriau was christened on 28 August 1749 at St-Joseph Paroisse, Chambly, Québec, New France.3,2,4,5,6

Marguerite Gaboriau, age 18, married Nicolas Magni dit Ladouceur, age 23 , son of Nicholas Magni dit Ladouceur and Cécile-Marie Cloutier, on 21 September 1767 at Chambly, Québec, British North America.4,3,1,6 Marguerite Gaboriau died on 29 January 1784 at Chambly, Québec, British North America, at age 34.1,4 She was buried on 30 January 1784 at Chambly, Québec, British North America.1

Compeller's Notes:
Many (2001) gives the place of her baptism as Québec City.

Tanguay (1887) gives her baptismal date as 30 August 1749.
