     Mark Quinn was born on 14 February 1871 at Emlenton, Venango County, Pennsylvania.1,2,3 He was the son of Mark Quinn and Margaret Gorham. Mark, age 8, appeared on the US Census of 1880 living at 63 Hill Street, Emlenton, Venango County, Pennsylvania,in the household of his parents, Mark and Margaret Quinn.1 On 29 December 1893, entered the Allegheny County Workhouse, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, having recieved a sentince of light labor.4

Mark Quinn, age 25, married Della Cluren, age 24 on 12 October 1896.5,3 Mark Quinn and Katherine McCardel obtained a marriage license on 29 January 1900 at Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.3

Mark Quinn, age 28, married Katherine McCardel, age 36 on 30 January 1900 at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.3,5
