     Mary Goodridge was christened on 21 August 1634 at Woolverstone, Suffolk, England.1,2 She was the daughter of William Goodrich and Margaret Butterfield.

Mary Goodridge, age 19, married Edward Woodman, age 25 , son of Lt. Edward Woodman and Joanna Salway, on 20 December 1653 at Newbury, Essex County, Massachusetts Bay Colony.3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16 As of 20 December 1653,her married name was Woodman. Mary and Edward joined the Church at Newbury in 1674.3,17 Mary Goodridge died on 18 May 1684 at Newbury, Essex County, Massachusetts Bay Colony, at age 49.13,2 Mary was buried at Burying Ground of the First Settlers, Newbury, Massachusetts.2
