Marguerite Comeau was born circa 1699 at Port-Royal, Acadia, New France.1 She was the daughter of Jean Comeau dit l'aîné and Françoise Hébert.1
Marguerite Comeau married Ambroise Melanson, son of Charles Melanson dit LaRamée and Marie Dugas, on 23 January 1719 at St-Jean-Baptiste Paroisse, Annapolis Royal, Colony of Nova Scotia, British North America.
Marguerite Comeau died on 29 August 1757 at Québec City, Québec, New France.1
