Geneviève Lesage was born on 16 April 1747 at Louiseville, Québec, New France.1 She was christened on 17 April 1747 at St-Antoine-de-la-Rivière-du-Loup Paroisse, Louiseville, Québec, New France.1 She was the daughter of Pierre Lesage and Marie-Geneviève Trottier.1

Geneviève married second on 31 July 1786 at St-Antoine-de-la-Rivière-du-Loup Paroisse, Louiseville, Québec, British North America, Pierre Styves, the son of Jacques Styves and Marguerite Hébert. He was christened 10 March 1729 at St-Enfant-Jésus Paroisse, Montréal, Québec, New France. He died on 6 May 1802, and was buried the next day from St-Antoine-de-la-Rivière-du-Loup Paroisse, Louiseville, Lower Canada, British North America. He had previously been married to Marie-Antoinette Guignard and Marie-Marthe Dupoleau. They had no children together.1 She died on 23 May 1830 at Louiseville, Lower Canada, British North America, at age 83.1 She was buried on 25 May 1830 at St-Antoine-de-la-Rivière-du-Loup Paroisse, Louiseville, Lower Canada, British North America.1
