     Henry Marvin Bowser was born on 12 December 1843 at Dutch Valley, Sussex, Kings County, New Brunswick, British North America.3,4,5 He was the son of Thaddeus W. Bowser and Maria Ann Goddard.2 Henry Marvin Bowserappeared on the Canadian Census of 1851 in the household of his widowed mother.6 Heappeared on the Canadian Census of 1871 in the household of his widowed mother.7

Henry Marvin Bowser married Elizabeth Whelpley, daughter of William Whelpley and Hannah Malone, say 1883 at the Sussex, Kings County, New Brunswick, Canada.1 Elizabeth Whelpley appeared as Head of Household with his wife Henry Whelpley, on the Canadian Census of 1891 at Sussex, Kings County, New Brunswick, Canada.8 According to the Canadian Census in 1891, Henry was a farmer.8 Elizabeth Whelpley appeared as Head of Household with his wife Henry Whelpley, on the Canadian Census of 1901.3 A farmer.3 Henry Marvin Bowser died on 28 March 1913 at Dutch Valley, Sussex, Kings County, New Brunswick, Canada, at age 69 from pneumonia and measles.4,5 Henry was buried at Trinity Cemetery, Sussex, Kings County, New Brunswick, Canada.4
