     Mary Woodman was born on 26 February 1695/96 at Newbury, Province of Massachusetts Bay.1,2,3,4,5 She was the daughter of Deacon Archelaus Woodman and Hannah Swett. As of 25 September 1717,her married name was Brown.

Mary Woodman, age 21, married Jacob Brown, age 24 , son of Ephraim Brown and Sarah Ring, on 25 September 1717 at Newbury, Province of Massachusetts Bay.1,2,4,6,7 Mary was mentioned in the will of her husband, Jacob Brown, on 24 November 1758 at North Yarmouth, Province of Massachusetts Bay (Maine). He left her one cow and all household stuff and her maintenance as long as she shall remain my widow.8 Mary was mentioned in the will of her father, Deacon Archelaus Woodman on 4 November 1762 at Newbury, Province of Massachusetts Bay.1,4 Mary Woodman died on 13 March 1787 at North Yarmouth, Province of Massachusetts Bay (Maine), at age 91.9,10
