     John Goodridge was born on 24 June 1708 at Newbury, Province of Massachusetts Bay.1,2 He was the son of John Goodridge and Hannah Brown.

John Goodridge, age 29, married Elizabeth Woodman, age 25 , daughter of Deacon Archelaus Woodman and Hannah Swett, on 5 January 1737/38 at Newbury, Province of Massachusetts Bay.

In 1754, the year John probably died, he lived at Gloucester, Province of Massachusetts Bay.11 He probably died in 1754.11 His estate was probated on 18 November 1754 at Essex County, Province of Massachusetts Bay. He died without leaving a will (intestate).11
