     Lydia Phillips was born circa 1721 at Salem, Province of Massachusetts Bay.1 She was the daughter of James Phillips and Mary Lord.1 As of 7 October 1746,her married name was Woodman.

Lydia Phillips married Benjamin Woodman, age 29 , son of Deacon Archelaus Woodman and Hannah Swett, on 7 October 1746 at Wenham, Province of Massachusetts Bay.
