     William H. Gallagher was born in 1877 at Binghamton, Broome County, New York.1,2 He was the son of Francis Gallagher and Anna Elizabeth Donovan. William, age 3, appeared on the US Census of 1880 living at 145 Oak Street, Binghamton, Broome County, New York,in the household of his parents, Frank and Anna Elizabeth Gallagher.1 William H. Gallagher died in 1932.2 William was buried at Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City, Broome County, New York.2
