Raymond I ~ Viscount of Turenne was born circa 1080.1 He was the son of Boso I , Viscount of Turenne and Gerberge de Tarrasson. In 1096, he went on the First Crusade.1
Raymond I ~ Viscount of Turenne married Matilda de Perche, daughter of Geoffrey II ~ Count of Perche and Montagne and Beatrix de Montdidier, circa 1122.1,2 From 1124 to 1127, he was again in the Holy Land as a Crusader.1 Raymond I ~ Viscount of Turenne died circa 1137.1,2
