     John Bindbeutel was born on 7 July 1889 at Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.1,2,3,4,5,6 He was the son of Jacob Bindbeutel and Louisa ______. John, age 10, appeared on the US Census of 1900 living at 140 Croton Street, Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio,in the household of his parents, Jacob and Louisa Bindbeutel.1 John, age 20, appeared on the US Census of 1910 living at 7032 Oakwood Avenue, Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio,in the household of his parents, Jacob and Louisa Bindbeutel.7 According to the Federal Census in 1910, John was an apprentice machinist.7 John registered for the draft giving his age as 27, his address as 9419 Edmounds Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio, and his employer as Lincoln Electric on 5 June 1917 at Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.4 He, age 30, appeared on the US Census of 1920 living at East 79 Street, Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio,in the household of his parents, Jacob and Louisa Bindbeutel.8 According to the Federal Census in 1920, John was an auto parts machinist. Heappeared on the US Census of 1930 in the household of Louisa ______ at 10527 Churchhill Avenue, Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.9 According to the Federal Census in 1930, John was a machinist for the Aluminum Castins Company.9 John, age 50 years, appeared on the US Census of 1940 at 1323 West 112th Street, Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, as lodger in the home of the Clark family.10 According to the Federal Census in 1940, John was a machinist.10 John registered for the draft giving his age as 52, his address as 1303 West 112th Street, Cleveland, Ohio, and his emoloyer as the Ohio Piston Company in 1942 at Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.5

John Bindbeutel married Gladys C. Gladwin, daughter of Stephen Cooper Gladwin and Ada Leona Copeland, circa 1950.11,12 John Bindbeutel died on 24 June 1988 at Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, at age 98 in the Long-Term Care Facilities.13,3,6 John was buried at Crown Hill Cemetery and Mausoleum, Twinsburg, Summit County, Ohio, in section B.14
