Otto II von Scheyern ~ Count in the Kelsgau and in the Paar and of Scheyern was the son of Otto I von Scheyern ~ Count in the Meddle Paar and Scheyern on the Ilm and Haziga ~ Countess of Diessen.

Otto II von Scheyern ~ Count in the Kelsgau and in the Paar and of Scheyern married Richardis of Weimar, daughter of Udalrich I ~ Margrave of Carniola and Istria and Sophia ~ Princess of Hungary, between 1088 and 1090.1 When his half-brother died about 1102, he became an advocate of the bishopric of Freising.1 Otto II von Scheyern ~ Count in the Kelsgau and in the Paar and of Scheyern died circa 1110.1
