• Complier's Note: 2013; Hi, I am trying to determine the parents of Rebecca Pierce. Almost every site I go to shows them as John Pierce and Ruth Bishop, however both of them died several years before Rebecca was born, (highly unlikely). I have checked George Pearce and wife Rebekah with a Rebekah born 4/17/1703 and Benjamin Pearce, wife Mary Read or Reed with a Rebeckah born October 1698. It appears this Rebecca had 2 husbands but neither was James McFadden. My grandmother was Georgiana Fadden, descended from James and Rebecca McFadden.
