To Andrew Butler his brother in law (the husband of Joan Butler alias Mortimer, his sister) and his children, he gave his free land in Thornbury, paying out of it unto his brother William 20s per annum during his life. All the rest of his goods he gave unto Maria his wife and she to be sole Executrix. Witnesses : Henry Marsh, Andrew Butler and Maria Mortimer.
