Son Edward Pyle was to have a hundred sheep in Allington and at Collingbourne, Wiltshire, and £6 worth of household stuff, and “my lands in Collingbourne.” Agnes, wife of Robert Warde of Choldrington, was to receive two sheep, and Richard Rutter of Choldrington, 10s. To each of “my servants,” 12d. Son Richard was to be executor, with William Kente[45] of Russell, Wiltshire, and Henry Pyle of Upper Wallop and Robert Whityacre of the same, overseers. Witnesses were David Pyle, Richard Osgood, and Henry Osgood, both Osgoods signing by mark.
