      MRS HELEN HILL SEYMOUR — Elderly Northfield Woman Dies At Her Home On Union Street
      Northfield Sept 29 — Mrs Helen Hill Seymour 81 died this morning about 3 at her home 18 Union street She was born in West Berlin March 2 1870 the daughter of Marlin and Eveline (LaCroix) Hill She lived in West Berlin during her childhood and attended schools there She married Frank Seymour April 5 1893 and they lived in Montpelier for a few years before moving to Northfield 47 years ago Her husband died in 1933 She is survived by four children Mrs E H Whelpley of Boston Floyd Seymour of Northfield Mrs N D McDowell of Augusta Me and Mrs Harry Ashford of North-field Her sister Miss Laura Hill and 10 grandchildren and nine greatgrandchildren also survive The funeral will be at her home on Union street at 2 p m Monday Burial will follow in the family lot in the West Berlin cemetery Doctor Arthur W Hewitt pastor of the Methodist church in North-field will officiate Friends may call at her home until the time of the funeral Published by the Barre Daily Times, 29 September 1951, Page 1
