On 27 June 1648, the court ordered that "William James and William Wormwood are for to part household and for to build another house before on yeare be ended."
- Legal: 1650; On 15 October 1650, William James and William Wormwood's wife were presented for living suspiciously together and James was to separated upon pain of corporal punishment.
