Died:
He was hanged for the murder of three Indians squaws and their three children. Stephen and three other soldiers confessed. Daniel Goble, his brother and the ring leader was also hanged. On the same scaffold that day, One-Eyed John, an Indian who lead the raid on Lancaster, was hanged.Family/Spouse: Hannah. Hannah died on 11 Sep 1697 in Lancaster, Worcester County, Massachusetts.
