Item I give and bequeathe unto Richard Kente, Thomas Kente, David Kente, John Kente, and Stephen Kente my five sonnes all my estate interest and teanne of yeres wch I have yett to come of and in the Rectory or parsonage of Idmyston in thee countie of Wilts & that they and everie of them maie equallie and propourcionallie yerelie --- receive and have the yerelie proffits and comodities of the same Rectorie or p[ar]sonage of Edmiston aforesaid during the said tearme to be equallie pted amongst them. Item I give unto Johanna Kente, Martha Kente, and Mary Kente my three daughters twentie markes apiece to be paid and delivered unto them when thei and everie of them shall accomplysh their full and sevrall ages of eighteen yeres apiece. All the residue of my goodes and chattles whatsoever not before given and bequeathed I whollie give and bequeath unto Hellen my we/beloved wife, whome I ordaine make and constitute sole and onlie execuflix of this my last will and testament. Son Edward Pyle was to have a hundred sheep in Allington and at Collingbourne, Wiltshire, and £6 worth of household stuff, and “my lands in Collingbourne.” Agnes, wife of Robert Warde of Choldrington, was to receive two sheep, and Richard Rutter of Choldrington, 10s. To each of “my servants,” 12d. Son Richard was to be executor, with William Kente[45] of Russell, Wiltshire, and Henry Pyle of Upper Wallop and Robert Whityacre of the same, overseers. Witnesses were David Pyle, Richard Osgood, and Henry Osgood, both Osgoods signing by mark.
