The abstract of his will dated 19 January 1711/12 reads as follows:
"To wife Rachel Stone two cows, a horse, six sheep, and six swine during widowhood; also half the crops raised on my land until my youngest daughter Ruth be nineteen, said wife to maintain my three daughters Anna, Rachel, and Ruth until each be of that age or married. Also my said wife all my movable household stuff during widowhood., she paying to said three daughters £6 each when eighteen. Also to said wife during widowhood one-half my swelling house, with sufficient firewood, and one-third of the crops on my land after my youngest Ruth be nineteen. To daughter Mary Stone £50, and to daughters Anna, Rachel, and Ruth Stone £44 each when eighteen, to be paid to them by my executor. To Joseph Walkins 40s if he live until he be sixteen with my son John Stone. All residue of estate, real and personal, and revision of widow's portion, to my son John Stone, he to be sole executor. My brother Samuel Stone and Dea. John Miriam to be overseers.
