To daughter Katherine Miller 40 marks; to daughter Emme Osgood £10; to daughter Bridget Kent likewise £10. Son Henry, who was appointed executor, was to have the residue and to pay to each of the said sons 20s. Nicholas Reade and “Richard Pile my brother” were to be overseers. John signed by mark before witnesses Thomas Rede, Nicolas Rede, Robert Richardson, and Rychard Pyle.
