History |
In 948, he became the Prince of South Wales.

In 953, the princes of Gwynedd (Javaf and Iago) again invaded Cardigan, and were driven back by Owain and his surviving brothers. In the end, Owain's youngest brother, Eineon, relinquished the Kingdom to Javaf and Iago.

In 962, Owain paid a tribute of wolf heads to King Edgar of England. [1] |
