• Land/House: 4 Aug 1634, Cambridge, Middlesex County, Massachusetts; He was granted five acres in the west end of the town and on 1 December 1634, was granted another three acres.
• Proprietor: 1635, Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts
• Freeman: 4 Mar 1634/35, Cambridge, Middlesex County, Massachusetts
• Will: 8 Mar 1654, Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts; He mentions his son Thomas, and his brother-in-law, Richard Kimball.
• Probate/Proved: 28 Dec 1654; The date was recorded as 28 (10) 1654.
• Complier's Note: 1877; Paige (1877) says he removed to Hartford and was accidentally killed by John Ewe, 6 November 1643. Possibly there were two Thomas Scotts. In Thomas' will, he called his son, Thomas, as being of Stamford, Connecticut.
• Complier's Note: 16 Apr 2019; Much work needs to be done here as the dates clearly conflict. There is a possibility, he returned to England and brought back his wife.
