In April, 1735, a tract was laid out and confirmed to him, a plan of which is in the State archives endorsed as follows: "This plan contains 150 acres of Province Land which lyeth S. of Oxford west from New Sherburn: bounded south on province land, west on a 500 acre farm called ye 'mlnde farm,' laid out for N. Ingham and his company."
