John was originally from Charlestown, Lancaster, then of Portsmouth and was a cooper. On 14 March 1667/68, he was listed as a culler and packer of fish at Great Island. After Sarah's capture and assumed death, John, married (2) Elizabeth Ward, daughter of Samuel Ward. The administration of John's estate was granted 11 March 1728/29. Issue: 1. John Kettle 2.
