[This marriage] On 5 February 1730, Mary McIntire filed a complaint against her brother, Ebenezer Moulton, charging him with concealing and withholding the will of their late father, Robert Moulton. On 13 July 1757, the Charlton selectman met to decide how to dispose of Mary as she was "incapable of taking care of herself." It was decided to place her with her son, Lt. Obadiah McIntire. Issue: 1. Thomas McIntire (1701-____) 2. Nathan McIntire (1703-c1769) 3. Obadiah McIntire (____-c1769) 4. Eleazer McIntire (____-1793)
