On 2 November 1654 Henry, married (1) Elizabeth White,, daughter of John White and Joane West, in Sudbury, Massachusetts. Henry was one of the original settlers of Lancaster, Massachusetts. His first lot of land was 20 acres and he drew three more acres in the second division. It turned out that the 20 acres given to Henry should have gone to Ministerial Land. In 1656, his lot was taken from him and he was given another 20 acres. He became a freeman in 1668 in Lancaster, Massachusetts. He left a will on 17 May 1708 in Marlborough, Massachusetts. He died on Monday 18 December 1713 in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Henry's will was proved on 27 January 1713/14 in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Issue: 1. Hannah Kerley (1678-____) 2. Mercy Kerley (1681-1727)
