     Orvilla Burnett was born on 5 July 1853 at Alburgh, Vermont.1 She was the daughter of François Bonin and Zoe Babin dite LaCroix. Orvilla Burnett was christened on 30 July 1853 in the Église de Saint-Georges, Henryville, Québec, Canada, She was christened Aurelie Bonin.1 Orvilla, age 5, appeared on the US Census of 1860 living at Alburgh, Vermont,in the household of her parents, Franklin and Zoe Burnett.2 Orvilla, age 17, appeared on the US Census of 1870 living at Altona, Clinton County, New York,in the household of her parents, Frank and Zoe Burnett.3
