Michel Poirier married Marie Boudrot, daughter of Lieutenant-General Michel Boudrot and Madeleine-Michèle Aucoin, circa 1673 at the Port-Royal, Acadia, New France.1,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,2,10 20 March 1682, his name appears on the record of La Vallière's allotment to his tenants.2,11 Michel, age 36, and Marie, age 37, appeared on the Census of 1686 at Port-Royal, Acadia, New France.9,10 Michel, age 41, and Marie, age 42, appeared on the Census of 1693 at Port-Royal, Acadia, New France.9,10 Michel, age 48, and Marie, age 48, appeared on the Census of 1698 at Port-Royal, Acadia, New France.9,10 Michel, age 50, and Marie, age 50, appeared on the Census of 1700 at Port-Royal, Acadia, New France.9,10 Michel Poirier died after 1714 at Beaubassin, Colony of Nova Scotia, British North America.1,2 Michel was buried after 1714 at Église Sainte-Anne Cemetery, Amherst, Cumberland County, Nova Scotia, Canada.12
